8 Weeks

This was a very busy week for us. MA was baptized. MA also met her grandparents this past week. My mom has been staying with us, which has been a great help. It feels funny, really. We have been doing this on our own for two months and I feel somewhat guilty enjoying the help. I know that seems silly.

MA has really blossomed this past week. She is noticing more objects and interacting more with toys. She just loves her swing and the little worm that hangs above her head. She smiles more and laughs at people. She has improved her head control and is able to sit propped up for longer periods of time.

It amazes me that she is now 2 months old. I am looking forward to all there is to come... but cannot believe that I have been out of work for 2 months. I really cannot imagine my life any other way.
